PBS KIDS Writers Contest

Arizona Kindergarten through 3rd grade students have a chance to enter the Arizona PBS KIDS Writers Contest. The contest is open to any Arizona resident who is a Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grade student.

Participants must submit an original, single authored story accompanied by at least 5 original, clear and colorful illustrations. Stories may be fact or fiction, prose or poetry.

First, Second and Third place winners will be selected in each category.

The contest deadline for Arizona students is April 17th, 2015.

To Enter:

Each participant and his or her parent/guardian must completely fill out, print and submit the online entry form. Hardcopies of the story/poem and entry form must then be mailed to the address listed on the entry form. Limit one entry per participant. In the event of multiple entries, the first entry will be entered in the contest and all other entries will be ignored.
