The
Qwest Foundation has provided the funding to foster a partnership
between ASSET/EIGHT/ASU, OESD114, and PBSTeacherLine that formed
the core of an early childhood project. This project is designed
to meet the professional development needs of early childhood
programs by extending online professional development opportunities
and resources to participating educators. These resources are
available in an online environment provided by Qwest called,
